Social Media QR Code Generator
A free social QR maker: make a QR code for any of your social profiles, styled with the platform's own logo and colours so people know exactly what they'll open.
Supported platforms
Paste a profile link and the Social Media tab recognises the platform and applies its logo and brand colours automatically — or pick the platform first and just type your @handle:
- Instagram — see the dedicated Instagram QR code guide
- WhatsApp — chat links with a pre-filled message, see the WhatsApp QR code guide
- Facebook — pages, profiles and groups
- TikTok and YouTube — channels and individual videos
- LinkedIn — personal profiles and company pages
- X (Twitter), Telegram, Snapchat and Pinterest
Any other link works too — the code simply won't carry a platform logo.
Platform logo or your own logo?
Use the platform's logo when the goal is clear: "follow us on TikTok". People recognise the icon instantly and know the code opens an app, not a random website.
Use your own logo when the code represents your brand in general — on packaging, a shop sign or a business card. Open the QR code with logo tools to upload it.
One code or several?
Each QR code opens one link, so you have two options when you are on several platforms:
- A row of small codes, one per platform, each with its logo. Clear and direct, but it needs space — keep every code at least 2 × 2 cm.
- One code to a "links" page on your own website that lists all your profiles. It takes less space and you can update the page whenever you join a new platform. Create it with the URL QR code generator.
Profile, post or video?
A code can point to more than a profile. Link to a specific YouTube video for a product demo, a TikTok for a launch, or a pinned post with an offer. Remember that the code always opens the same link: if the post is deleted, the code leads nowhere. For long-lived print, a profile link is the safer choice.
Frequently asked questions
Which social media platforms are supported?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Telegram and Pinterest, each with its logo and colours. Any other link can be turned into a plain or branded QR code.
Can one QR code link to all my social profiles?
A QR code opens a single link, so point it at a page on your website that lists all your profiles. You can update that page at any time without reprinting.
Will a social QR code open the app?
If the person has the app installed, most phones open the link in the app; otherwise it opens in the browser.
Can I change the colours from the platform's brand colours?
Yes. The Social Media tab starts with the platform palette, and you can switch to custom colours for the dots and background.
