QRLogo Studio, operated by TechBross ("we", "us", "our"), provides a QR code generation tool at qrlogostudio.online (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password.

Uploaded images. When you upload a logo to embed in a QR code, the image is processed to generate your QR code. We do not store uploaded images permanently — they are used transiently to render your download and then discarded from our servers.

Billing information. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider, Payoneer Checkout. We do not store your full card number; Payoneer handles payment details directly and shares with us only what's needed to activate your subscription (e.g. plan tier, payment status, a customer reference ID).

Usage data. We automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically via server logs and cookies/local storage, to operate and secure the Service.

Support communications. If you contact support, we retain your message and email to respond and keep a record of the request.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating and delivering your QR codes.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests.
• To monitor and improve performance, security, and reliability (including rate-limiting abuse).
• To serve advertising on our free, ad-supported tier.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. Ad partners on our free tier may also set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Payment processing — Payoneer Checkout, to process subscription payments.
• Hosting & infrastructure — our hosting provider(s), to run the application and database.
• Advertising — ad network partners, on the free ad-supported tier.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Uploaded logo images are not retained after your QR code is generated and downloaded. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and rate-limiting — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@qrlogostudio.online. You can also delete your account directly from your account settings, where available.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

QRLogo Studio is a global service used by people around the world. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own — including wherever our hosting, payment, and other service providers operate — and may be subject to laws different from those of your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
