These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QRLogo Studio at qrlogostudio.online (the "Service"), operated by TechBross ("we", "us", "our"). This is a general template and not legal advice — replace the bracketed placeholders before relying on it. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QRLogo Studio lets you generate custom QR codes, including QR codes with an embedded logo, in vector (SVG) and raster formats. A free, ad-supported tier is available, along with paid plans that remove ads and unlock additional features.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@qrlogostudio.online if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly, starting at $1.99/mo) through our payment processor, Payoneer Checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription from your account's billing portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds, where offered, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@qrlogostudio.online within a few days of the charge, or as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice; changes will not apply retroactively to an already-paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes linking to illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Content & Uploaded Logos

You retain all ownership rights to logos and images you upload. By uploading an image, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely to generate your QR code. As noted in our Privacy Policy, uploaded images are not stored permanently.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

The Service, its branding, and underlying software are owned by TechBross. "QR Code" is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. Our use of the term "QR code" is descriptive and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated QR codes will scan correctly under all conditions (e.g. excessive logo size, poor print quality, or low contrast can affect scannability) — always test your QR code before wide distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechBross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from a QR code failing to scan.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

QRLogo Studio is offered as a global service. These Terms will be updated to specify a governing law and jurisdiction once TechBross completes its legal registration.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
